A sibling release to the Dutch-market Distillery II bottling, this NAS expression targets the global market at 55.5% cask strength. It comes from Chichibu Distillery II, the expanded Venture Whisky site in Saitama that opened in 2019, and reflects the same Ex-Bourbon maturation programme that runs across the wider Chichibu range.

The flavour profile on record is clean and accessible: fresh fruit and vanilla, the core characteristics that Ex-Bourbon casks draw from the distillery's fruit-forward, grain-sweet new make. The Distillery II expressions show the second site moving toward the same clearly defined house style as the original, though specific bottling years are not confirmed for this release.
