Diadem is a Foursquare Private Cask Selection bottled for The Whisky Exchange, drawing on Richard Seale's St Philip distillery and its strict additive-free approach. A 12 Year Old single blended rum finished in Madeira and bottled at a full 60%, it sits alongside the distillery's numbered ECS bottlings in spirit, dry, powerful and oak-driven.

The pot-and-column makeup gives the balanced Foursquare backbone, cleaner column spirit rounded by richer double-retort pot still, while the Madeira cask layers varnish and red fruit over the house markers. Vanilla, tropical fruit, dried fruit and oak lead the nose, the palate stays vanilla-rich and faintly sweet with tropical fruit and oak, and the finish runs hot, long and oaky with dark chocolate. Unsweetened and intense, with the Madeira adding depth rather than sugar, it is a cask-strength sipper for drinkers ready for Foursquare at full power.
