Dillon is a long-established Martinique distillery, and this Hors d'Âge XO, presented in magnum format, carries the AOC's promise of fresh cane juice and no added sugar. Ten years in ex-bourbon casks places it comfortably in the aged tier.

Distilled on the column still and matured under tropical conditions, it shows balanced maturity at an approachable 43%.
