Description

This cask-strength batch of Nc’nean's Organic Single Malt, MN21, draws on Oloroso casks alone, a 2020 vintage from the organic, net-zero distillery on the Drimnin Estate.

Oloroso maturation gave the young, fruity spirit dried fruit through the sherry's melanoidins, full strength keeping a yeasty, fresh-fruited lift over the raisin and oak.

At 59% it shows citrus, fresh fruit, vanilla and a yeasty note over dried fruit, undiluted. Sherried core range at full strength.
