This Batch 3 from That Boutique-y Whisky Company is a young ex-Bourbon Nc’nean, bottled at full strength from the organic single malt.
The low-tannin American oak lent the light, fruity spirit vanilla and a creamy sweetness, the cask working quickly on the young make.
At 60% it shows citrus, orchard fruit and vanilla, undiluted. A Boutique-y Batch 3.
