Part des Anges, named for the angels' share, is a single-cask label. Distilled in 1992, this 21 year old Littlemill was bottled in 2013. An outturn this small from a distillery that closed in 1994 puts it among the rarest Lowland whisky still available.

From an ex-Bourbon cask, twenty-one years draw out the delicate Lowland spirit.

At 55.4%, undiluted, light vanilla and coconut from the American oak. Expect grassy freshness, honey and a creamy vanilla sweetness. Oak lactones and lignin-derived vanillin build the vanilla-and-coconut signature, the gentle American-oak tannins keeping it soft.
