Littlemill 21 Years Old 1992 Colours (High Spirits’ Collection)

High Spirits' Collection is an independent bottler. This 21 year old Littlemill was distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2013, part of the Colours Collection series. With the distillery demolished and no new spirit possible, every bottle is drawn from a pool that only shrinks.

Twenty-one years in a refill bourbon cask keep Littlemill's soft orchard-fruit spirit bright.

At 46%, light vanilla and coconut from the American oak. A delicate, floral character, silky and gently sweet. The American oak's low tannin let Littlemill's delicacy survive the years, contributing vanilla and a creamy lactone note.
