This An Samhradh 2023 summer release of Kilchoman's Uniquely Islay Series is a 7 year old from 2016 matured in ex-Bourbon with Port, drawn from cask 905. An outturn of 255 bottles for Germany. Kilchoman is Islay's only farm distillery, the first new distillery on the island in over 124 years when Anthony Wills founded it in 2005.

The distillery malts its own barley and bottles on the farm. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon and Port cask, the wine wood adds a plummy note.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 56.3%. The ex-Bourbon gives vanilla, the Port plum and cherry, while peat phenols carry the smoke. A Port summer single cask from the seasonal series.
