Kilchoman is Islay's only farm distillery, the first new distillery on the island in over 124 years when Anthony Wills founded it in 2005.

The distillery malts on site and bottles on the farm, keeping the whole process in one place. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask over seven years, the wood frames the young peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 56%. The ex-Bourbon lends vanilla and citrus, the peat phenols a layer of smoke. A summer single cask from the seasonal series.
