Description

This 100% Islay single cask from 2013 was released as An T-Earrach, Gaelic for the spring, drawn from ex-Bourbon cask 427. Made entirely from Kilchoman's own Islay barley, it is a single cask of the farm philosophy. An outturn of 257 bottles for Germany.

Grown, malted, distilled and bottled at Rockside Farm, this is barley to bottle in full. The own-grown barley is lightly peated and matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.6%. The ex-Bourbon gives vanilla and citrus while gentle peat phenols carry the smoke. A spring-release single cask of the farm single malt.
