This An T-Earrach 2020 spring release is a 7 year old from 2013, an early single cask in the seasonal series, ex-Bourbon cask 334. An outturn of 249 bottles for Germany. Anthony Wills founded Kilchoman in 2005; it is the only farm distillery on Islay.

Malting, distilling and bottling all happen on the farm, the barley to bottle way. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask over seven years, the wood frames the peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.2%. Vanilla and citrus come from the ex-Bourbon wood, with peat phenols carrying the smoke. The recorded notes run to citrus, fresh fruit, seasoned oak, smoke and vanilla. A spring single cask from the seasonal series.
