Kilchoman malts its barley on site and bottles on the farm, a barley to bottle approach rare in Scotch. Matured in ex-Bourbon and finished in a mezcal cask, the smoky agave wood meets the Islay peat in an unusual pairing.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 53%. The mezcal cask gives an earthy, smoky agave note over the bourbon vanilla, while peat phenols add Islay smoke. A mezcal-finished single cask, smoke on smoke.
