Description

An T-Earrach 2022 is the spring release of Kilchoman's Uniquely Islay Series, a 10 year old from 2011 drawn from ex-Bourbon cask 333. An outturn of 245 bottles for Germany. Set up by Anthony Wills in 2005, Kilchoman remains Islay's only farm distillery.

The distillery malts its own barley and bottles on the farm. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask over ten years, the wood frames the young peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 53.4%. The ex-Bourbon gives vanilla and citrus while peat phenols carry the smoke. A spring single cask from the seasonal series.
