Description

An T-Earrach 2025 is the spring release of Kilchoman's Uniquely Islay Series, a 14 year old from 2011 drawn from ex-Bourbon cask 11/165. An outturn of 200 bottles for Germany. Kilchoman, founded by Anthony Wills in 2005, is the only farm distillery on Islay.

The distillery malts on site and bottles on the farm, keeping the whole process in one place. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask over fourteen years, among the older casks in the series, the wood deepens the young peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 50.1%. The ex-Bourbon gives vanilla and citrus while peat phenols carry the smoke. A spring single cask from the seasonal series.
