Description

This Single Cask was bottled for the Distillery Shop at Kilchoman, a 4 year old from 2007, ex-Bourbon cask 328, sold to visitors on Islay. Kilchoman is the only farm distillery on Islay, founded by Anthony Wills in 2005.

The distillery malts its own barley and bottles on the farm, a barley to bottle approach. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask, the wood frames the young peated spirit.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 61.7%. Citrus and vanilla from the ex-Bourbon meet a strong peat-phenol smoke. A young distillery shop single cask.
