Xaoma Gold is a Kazakh wheat vodka named after Haoma, the legendary drink of the old steppe nomads. It is built from top-grade durum wheat spirit and lifted with a touch of fresh lemon peel, then put through an eight-stage filtration. The lemon edge and mineral freshness set it apart from a plain neutral pour.

Description
Xaoma Gold is made by Kokshetau Mineral Water in northern Kazakhstan, drawing on durum wheat from the region's fertile belt and crystal-clear spring water. The wheat is distilled to a high-grade Alpha base, prized for purity, then the spirit is given an eight-stage filtration that smooths the texture and pulls out rough notes. What lifts it above a straight neutral vodka is a small addition of fresh lemon-peel extract, which threads a clean citrus brightness through the soft, wheat-driven body. It bottles at 40%.
The nose is clean and pure with fresh grain and a mineral edge, while the palate is soft and round, carrying a fine cereal note, gentle spice and a mild sweetness into a long, smooth finish. The citrus lift here rewards drinking it cold and unmixed, so keep the bottle in the freezer and pour it into a chilled glass: at sub-zero temperature the spirit thickens slightly and the lemon note reads as a quiet freshness rather than a flavouring. A twist of lemon peel over the top, expressed and dropped in, doubles down on what is already there.
