Xaoma Platinum comes from northern Kazakhstan and shares its name and heritage story with the Silver, both inspired by Haoma, the magic potion of the nomadic peoples of the Great Steppe. The base is Alpha-grade durum wheat alcohol, the highest purity classification, grown on the fertile northern soils and cut with crystal-clear spring water, with wheat supplying the soft, rounded body. Where this Platinum bottling differs is the addition of fine malt extract, which lends a touch more depth and a subtle sweetness. An eight-stage filtration then smooths it to a clean 40%.

The nose is fresh and pure, with a subtle cereal note and a light mineral freshness. The palate is soft and round, a gentle grain note carrying a mild spice and a fine sweetness, leading to a smooth, long finish with a lingering touch of spice. That soft, faintly malted body suits a clean, refreshing serve: pour 50ml over ice in a tall glass, top with soda water, and add a few ribbons of cucumber, the cool, green note lifting the grain while keeping everything crisp.
