Nc’nean Quiet Rebels Simon

This Quiet Rebels edition honours Simon of the Nc’nean team and takes an unusual turn, a 2020 vintage matured in a stout-beer cask, in keeping with the distillery's experimental streak.

The stout cask gave the light, fruity spirit a roasted, chocolatey edge with a husky, malty depth over the fresh fruit.

At 48.5% it shows chocolate, citrus, dried fruit and a husky note. A stout-cask Quiet Rebel.
