Description

Quiet Rebels honours the people behind Nc’nean, and this first edition is named for founder Annabel Thomas, who built the organic, net-zero distillery on her family's Drimnin Estate. It is a 2018 vintage.

Matured in ex-Bourbon and Oloroso, the young spirit took vanilla from the bourbon oak and dried fruit from the sherry's melanoidins.

At 48.5% it shows malt, fresh fruit, honey and vanilla over a touch of dried fruit. The Quiet Rebel named for the founder.
