Nc’nean Huntress Woodland Candy

The Huntress series is Nc’nean's run of limited annual releases. Woodland Candy is a 2018 vintage marrying ex-Bourbon with the distillery's signature recharred red wine casks.

The bourbon oak lent vanilla and the shaved, toasted and recharred red wine wood added red fruit and spice, with the sherry-like depth giving chocolate and dried fruit.

At 48.5% it shows chocolate, dried fruit, fresh fruit and honey over a hay-like, leafy note. A Huntress release.
