This Aon single cask is a 2018 spirit given long maturation in a rum cask, number 18-227, from Nc’nean's organic distillery, which has long experimented with unusual casks and yeasts.

Seven years in the rum cask gave the light, fruity spirit a tropical, brown-sugar sweetness with a hint of banana.

At 60.4% it shows tropical fruit, brown sugar and vanilla, undiluted. A rum-matured Aon.
