Description

This Aon single cask was selected by The Whisky Exchange, a 2017 spirit matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask, number 17-408, from Nc’nean's net-zero distillery on the Drimnin Estate.

Six years in low-tannin American oak let the light, fruity spirit lead, the cask lending vanilla and a little coconut through its lignin and lactones.

At 59.5% it shows citrus, orchard fruit and vanilla, undiluted. An ex-Bourbon Aon for The Whisky Exchange.
