Description
Luc Belaire sources its Rare Rosé from the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, a part of France long associated with pale, fruit-driven rosé. The blend brings together Grenache for berry richness, Cinsault for soft floral texture and Syrah for colour and depth. Made in a fresh, primary-fruited style with the sparkle set on cool-fermented base wine, it carries a gentle off-dry sweetness that suits its party billing. This Fantôme Edition arrives as a three litre magnum with an illuminated label, built as a centrepiece for a celebration.
The wine is a bright raspberry pink with a fine, persistent bead. The nose is intense with strawberry, raspberry and black cherry over a floral edge. The palate balances fruity freshness against a soft sweetness, the mousse creamy and the structure rounded, finishing long with red fruit. Serve chilled at 6 to 8 degrees in a wine glass. It works as an aperitif and alongside poultry, pork, summer salads with goat's cheese and fruity desserts.
