Description

Gordon & MacPhail, the Elgin house founded in 1895, held some of the deepest Longmorn stocks of any bottler. This 25 Year Old was bottled for the 25th anniversary of retailer Kirsch, drawn from cask 3233.

Twenty-five years in ex-Bourbon matured the weighty Longmorn make, the American oak giving vanilla and a soft creamy sweetness while the years built depth.

At 43% it shows mature orchard fruit, honey and vanilla over Longmorn's richness. An anniversary 25.
