From Whisky-Doris, this 15 Year Old is a 2005 vintage matured in Oloroso, cask 18074, an outturn of 239 bottles.

Fifteen years in Oloroso lent dried fruit through the cask's melanoidins over the rich spirit.

At 52.7% it shows a sherried character, dried fruit, leather, chocolate, fresh fruit and tobacco, undiluted. A sherried Whisky-Doris 15.
