This 23 Year Old is a mature official Longmorn in ex-Bourbon, the rich Speyside spirit given more than two decades to deepen. From the Elgin distillery long prized by blenders.
Twenty-three years in ex-Bourbon round the weighty make, slow oxidation building soft fruit while the low-tannin oak lends vanilla.
At 48% it shows citrus, fresh fruit and honey over Longmorn's characteristic richness, matured and rounded. A mature 23.
