Scotland-and-Malts is an independent bottler. The cask was filled in 1992 and bottled in 2016, a 24 year old Littlemill, from cask 181014, part of the Cask Collection series. The stocks are finite and dwindling, a closed distillery's legacy measured out cask by cask.

Twenty-four years of Oloroso steep Littlemill's buttery Lowland fruit in the cask.

At its natural 51.3%, the American oak lends vanilla and a buttery note. Light and fragrant, the elegant Lowland signature throughout. Caramelised wood sugars and sherry melanoidins build dried fruit and spice, the tannins a dry backbone.
