Littlemill 23 Years Old 1990 (Liquid Sun)

Liquid Sun, a Whisky Agency sister label, releases single casks. Filled in 1990 and bottled in 2013, the whisky is a 23 year old Littlemill. What remains is all that ever will, the distillery long since lost.

Twenty-three years in a refill bourbon cask keep the light, clean Littlemill make bright.

At 51.1%, undiluted, the bourbon cask adds a soft vanilla frame. A fragrant, fruity Littlemill, honeyed and silky. The refill ex-Bourbon gives up vanillin and lactones slowly, framing the light spirit with vanilla and coconut rather than swamping it.
