Littlemill 23 Years Old 1990 Cask #33 (Silver Seal)

Silver Seal is the Italian label of Massimo Righi, a collectable single-cask house. This 23 year old Littlemill, from cask 33 came off the stills in 1990 and was bottled in 2013. Silent since 1992 and demolished in 2005, Littlemill exists now only in the casks that remain.

Twenty-three years in ex-Bourbon frame Littlemill's gentle Lowland character.

At its natural 54.8%, vanilla and light oak come from the bourbon cask. The mature Lowland elegance shows, floral and fine. In the ex-Bourbon cask, lignin breaks down to vanillin for the vanilla note, while oak lactones lend a soft coconut sweetness.
