Littlemill 21 Years Old 1992 Finest (Hart Brothers) (bottled 2013)

Hart Brothers built its name on Glasgow-bottled single casks from the 1960s onward. The cask was filled in 1992 and bottled in 2013, a 21 year old Littlemill, from the Finest Collection range. Once these casks are gone, Littlemill is gone with them.

Twenty-one years in Port layer the cask onto Littlemill's floral, fruity character.

Bottled at cask strength, 51.9%, the Port lends plum, cherry and a drying edge. The profile runs to a husky note. Port-seasoned oak gives plum and cherry through its residual wine, a tannic dryness framing the soft spirit.
