Edition Spirits is an independent bottler. A 21 year old Littlemill, from cask ES 017/01, this was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2012, in The First Editions range. Littlemill can never be made again, so each cask emptied is one fewer forever.

A bourbon barrel and twenty-one years settle Littlemill's grassy, honeyed make.

At its natural 47.7%, the American oak adds vanilla over the orchard fruit. Soft fruit, hay and honey over a creamy base. Furfural from the toasted oak lends a faint almond note, lignin the vanilla, the low tannins a soft frame.
