Littlemill 20 Years Old 1992 Cask #10 (BB&R)

Berry Bros & Rudd has traded from No. 3 St James's Street in London since 1698, Britain's oldest wine and spirits merchant. Distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2013, this is a 20 year old Littlemill, from cask 10, from the Berrys' range. What remains is all that ever will, the distillery long since lost.

Aged twenty years in ex-Bourbon, the oak lifts Littlemill's gentle, grassy make.

At its natural 54.9%, the American oak lends vanilla and a buttery note. Light, floral and buttery, the lost distillery's hallmark. A refill barrel works slowly: vanillin for vanilla, lactones for coconut, and oxidation building soft orchard fruit.
