Kingsbarns Dream to Dram

Dream to Dram is the debut single malt of Kingsbarns, launched in 2018 from the distillery's first 2015 fills, the bottle that realised the Wemyss family's vision for Fife. The name marks the journey from idea to whisky. Kingsbarns is a Lowland distillery in the East Neuk of Fife, founded by the family in 2014.

From a restored Georgian steading near St Andrews, Kingsbarns runs long-necked stills for a light, fruity Lowland spirit. Matured mostly in ex-Bourbon with a little STR red wine, the wood frames the bright young malt.

Bottled at 46%. The ex-Bourbon gives vanilla and citrus over a light, fruity Lowland spirit. The recorded notes run to citrus, fresh fruit, vanilla, a malt extract note, a leafy lift and new wood. The distillery's first single malt.
