The 2025 Chichibu London Edition introduces a new dimension to the series with the addition of Oloroso sherry casks alongside the programme's usual Ex-Bourbon wood. Bottled at 50.5% cask strength for the UK market, it comes from Chichibu in Saitama, Venture Whisky's flagship craft site under Ichiro Akuto, and marks the first London Edition in the series to officially combine the two cask types.
