Meisner Maracuja Vanille Likör

Meisner Maracuja Vanille Likor is a fruit liqueur made by Robert Meisner in Heide, Schleswig-Holstein, that joins the tropical freshness of passion fruit to the gentle sweetness of vanilla. The ripe passion fruit gives an intense, slightly tart flavour while the fine vanilla rounds it off, balanced into a mild liqueur bottled at 15%. That interplay of fruity acidity and creamy sweetness is the signature.

The nose is intense ripe passion fruit with creamy vanilla and a tropical edge, the palate fruity and refreshing with a light acidity paired with subtle vanilla sweetness, finishing smooth, long and balanced. Behind the bar it brings passion fruit flavour, a fresh acidity and a vanilla roundness, which makes it a natural in a Passion Fruit Martini riff, a tropical sour or a sparkling serve where its acidity keeps the drink lively. It is classically built as a spritz with Prosecco or sparkling wine. Serve it well chilled, neat, over ice or lengthened long.
