Meisner Banoffee Sahnelikör

Meisner Banoffee Sahnelikor is a cream liqueur made by Robert Meisner in Heide, Schleswig-Holstein, built around the flavours of the classic banoffee dessert. It folds sweet banana and caramel into whipped cream for a velvety emulsion bottled at a gentle 15%, pairing the popular dessert flavours with a mild alcohol note. The banana and caramel over cream is the whole idea, soft and dessert sweet.

The nose is ripe banana, fine caramel and a hint of vanilla, the palate full, sweet and creamy with banana and caramel in interplay, finishing long and soft with fine toffee nuances. Behind the bar it works as a body and dessert ingredient, adding dairy richness, banana flavour and caramel sweetness to a glass, which makes it a highlight in sweet creations, a dessert cocktail or a pour alongside coffee or hot chocolate.
