Don Fulano Reposado Tequila

Don Fulano Reposado is a 100% Blue Weber tequila from the highlands of Los Altos, Jalisco, produced at La Tequileña in Atotonilco el Alto under NOM 1146. It is the work of fourth and fifth generation agave growers and distillers Enrique Fonseca and Sergio Mendoza, and the house is one of the few to guarantee production with no added abocantes, a position verified through Tequila Matchmaker.
The spirit rests eight to eleven months in selected casks, drawing a pale golden shimmer and a light frame of oak over the agave. La Tequileña is known for blending copper pot and column distillate for refinement, and the profile here stays citrus forward with a faintly toasty edge, the additive-free build keeping the highland fruit and pepper of the agave clear rather than rounded off with glycerin or syrup.
