Twenty-five years in ex-Bourbon matured the rich Speyside spirit, the cask's lignin breaking down to vanillin for a clear vanilla note.

At 57.2% it shows mature orchard fruit and a soft vanilla over Longmorn's richness, undiluted. An Adelphi 25.
