Description

This 30 Year Old is a distillery bottling of Mortlach. An outturn of 350 bottles. Mortlach, the first licensed distillery in Dufftown, runs a 2.81-times distillation and worm-tub condensers that give the heavy, meaty spirit fans call the Beast of Dufftown.

Thirty years across American oak and rum gave the robust Mortlach spirit vanilla with a tropical, brown-sugar sweetness.

At 49.1% it shows a sherried depth, undiluted. Mortlach at full weight.
