Littlemill 21 Years Old 1989 Grotesque Crocs (The Whisky Agency)

The Whisky Agency, a German house, is known for its artist-drawn labels and well-chosen casks. Filled in 1989 and bottled in 2011, the whisky is a 21 year old Littlemill. What remains is all that ever will, the distillery long since lost.

From Oloroso, twenty-one years lend their character to Littlemill's floral, fruity character.

Bottled at cask strength, 51.3%, dried fruit and polished oak come from the Oloroso. Fragrant and clean, with orchard fruit and creamy fudge. Melanoidins from the sherry read as dried fruit, the tannins as structure, oxidation rounding the whole.
