Kilchoman European Tour Edition 2024

This European Tour Edition 2024 was taken on the road to showcase Kilchoman, matured in red wine and ex-Bourbon casks. Kilchoman, founded by Anthony Wills in 2005, is the island's only farm distillery.

Every stage from malting to bottling happens at Rockside Farm. Matured in red wine and ex-Bourbon casks, the wine wood adds dark fruit to the bourbon base.

Bottled at its natural cask strength of 57%. The red wine gives dark berry, the ex-Bourbon vanilla, while peat phenols carry the smoke. The recorded notes run to an oily texture, a faint solvent lift, chocolate, citrus, a cooked vegetable note and dried fruit. A touring farm malt.
