Orchard apple and bright lemon zest meet a cool ribbon of lavender here, with ginger and coriander warming the middle. A small-batch gin from southern Styria, double-distilled in a copper pot still over pure Alpine spring water. Fruity, floral and softly spiced, it drinks like a mountain morning.

Description
STIN is short for Styrian Gin, and it wears its terroir openly. Made in small batches in the south of Austria, it draws on local apples and the herbs of the southern Styrian Alps, distilled twice in a traditional copper pot still and cut with the region's spring water. That water is the maker's quiet boast: it lends a softness and clarity that lets the fruit and florals read without any rough edges.
Juniper leads the nose, layered with fresh citrus and a clear note of apple. The palate is complex and well balanced, spicy juniper meeting fruity apple and lemon, with ginger and coriander adding a gentle heat. It finishes long and warm, lavender drifting up alongside a fine herbal spice. Best in a Mediterranean tonic with a thin slice of apple, or chilled and neat to catch those Alpine notes.
