Schönbrunn Vienna Dry Gin is made in the Austrian capital, its name and bottle nodding to the historic Schönbrunn Palace. The distillers build on juniper and selected herbs from the region, drawing in lemon peel, coriander and local botanicals to give the spirit an authentic, powerful dry-gin character. Bottled at 42%, it has the structure to carry its complexity.
The nose opens with fresh lemon peel and juniper, a fine floral note and a delicate hint of apple. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, an intense juniper core meeting fruity brightness and the tangy spice of rosemary, coriander and citrus. It finishes long and refreshing with an elegant lemon and herbal trail. Best enjoyed at room temperature to open out fully, or in a premium tonic with a twist of lemon zest.
