Description

Opihr takes its inspiration from the ancient spice trade, and this European Edition softens the brand's signature oriental heat with Mediterranean influence. G&J Distillers source botanicals along the old routes: juniper from Italy, coriander from Morocco, orange peel from Spain, and a clutch of Mediterranean herbs and spices. Cardamom, black pepper and lemon zest do the heavy lifting, balancing warmth against freshness.

The nose opens with juniper and bright citrus, coriander and a herbal Mediterranean note behind. The palate is spicy and fresh, cardamom and black pepper meeting orange peel and a pleasant herbal edge, before a long, gently dry finish with a fine pepper note and citrus lift.
