Description

Berry Bros & Rudd, the London merchant trading since 1698. This Single Cask 32 Year Old is a 1990 vintage from ex-Bourbon cask 3807, an outturn of 212 bottles. Miltonduff, the floral Speyside malt distilled near Pluscarden Abbey and long destined for Ballantine's.

Thirty-two years in a bourbon cask carried the floral spirit to the edge of its life, ethereal beeswax and ester fruit, the tannins held just short of bitterness.

At 53.2% it shows cooked and deep mature fruit over vanilla, undiluted. A 1990 single cask 32.
