Description

Edition Spirits bottles this 30 Year Old in its First Editions range, a 1982 vintage from ex-Bourbon cask ES 015/03. Miltonduff, the floral Speyside malt distilled near Pluscarden Abbey and long destined for Ballantine's.

By thirty years Miltonduff's light spirit had become profound but delicate, old-library oak and waxy esters over fruit worn soft by the decades.

At 48.3% it shows deep mature orchard fruit and vanilla, undiluted. A First Editions 30.
