Miltonduff 25 Years Old 1995 Cask #2851 (Sansibar)

From Sansibar's Spirits Shop' Selection, this 25 Year Old comes from a 1995 ex-Bourbon cask, number 2851, 134 bottles filled. Miltonduff, the sweet, grassy Speyside raised on the grounds of Pluscarden Abbey and known as a Ballantine's workhorse.

By twenty-five years Miltonduff's light spirit had grown deep and polished, cumulative oxidation concentrating dried fruit and nutty oak as the strength eased. Moray's damp air shaped the long, slow loss to the angels.

At 55.7% it shows mature apple, pear and vanilla, undiluted. A Spirits Shop' 25.
