Description

From Signatory Vintage's 100 Proof series, this 12 Year Old is a 2011 vintage matured in Oloroso, Edition 14. Miltonduff, the floral Speyside distilled where Pluscarden Abbey's old meal mill once stood, long a heart of Ballantine's.

Twelve years in Oloroso wrapped the floral spirit in raisin and date, the sherry's melanoidins and softening tannin knitting with the fruit.

At 57.1% it shows a sherried depth, chocolate, dried fruit, new wood, vanilla and honey, undiluted. A 100 Proof 12.
