Description

From Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this 12 Year Old is a 2009 vintage vatted from ex-Bourbon casks 701804 to 701807. Miltonduff, a light, floral Speyside from near Elgin, its spirit long destined for the Ballantine's blend.

Twelve years in a bourbon barrel brought balance, lignin-derived vanilla and a growing fruity-ester sweetness folding into the floral spirit.

At 46% it shows orchard fruit, pear and vanilla. An Un-Chillfiltered 12.
