From Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this 12 Year Old is a 2009 vintage from ex-Bourbon casks 701739 and 701752. Miltonduff, a light, floral Speyside from near Elgin, its spirit long destined for the Ballantine's blend.

Twelve years in ex-Bourbon let oak and spirit knit, vanilla and honey from lignin and wood sugars settling into the delicate Speyside make.

At 46% it shows apple, sweet pear and vanilla. An Un-Chillfiltered 12.
